Right now, we&#039;re with Uniserv, and it&#039;s terrible. Regular dropouts, constant problems. I would take a look at either TELUS (don&#039;t know the quality of the lines, but I know that they&#039;re not mucking with application throttling), or if money isn&#039;t an issue I understand that Shaw has an expensive, but very fast/high cap package. I came across your ISP comparison writeup via Ars Technica and that got me thinking. I&#039;m moving from the US to Victoria in a few months and I need to figure out Internet stuff and the like. I work for a US based VoIP provider so I need a good, reliable ISP with plenty of bandwidth. Can you make any suggestions for an ISP in Victoria?
